Changes from tag 2.1.1:

• Standardize CI workflows and the master-only release flow.
• Authenticate release tags through the GitHub App and validate release versions using SemVer.
• Update build tooling and AndroidX dependencies.
• Expand Flow, LiveData and DataResult coverage tests and keep common tests portable.
• Separate Compose web test executables and keep the isolated CodeQL compiler configuration in sync.
